Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying different sections of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
